Our Garden 2009

Back in May we decided to plant a garden. Jason and I have never had one in our married lives and we thought it would be good to try it out. I went to visit my brother-in-law in the garden department at The Home Depot. He helped me get the things I needed to get our garden ready. Today Nikki came in and told us that we had a pepper on the plant. Being the person that I am I grabbed my camera. Sure enough we have our first pepper. It’s kind of shriveled. I hope it is okay. While we were out there we also found three tomatoes. So we have our first pepper and three tomatoes. We are so excited!!!

We are looking forward to all the yummy food from our garden. Maybe the girls and I will get to enjoy some before we leave on our trip!
