Smores!

On July 9th, 2009 Nikki and Lizzi had the opportunity to make smores for the first time! Uncle Keith built a fire and the kids got to roast the marshmallows first.
Cousin power….! Lizzi, Logan, and Nikki are ready to make smores!

and try not to burn it…Hurry Logan, Nikki, and Aly blow out the fire.
Lizzi was learning how to roast marshmallows from Uncle Keith. Lizzi has really taken to Uncle Keith. She was snuggling up to him and just enjoying spending time with him.

Lizzi loved burning the marshmallows. I think she liked burning them more then eating them!
Logan, Lizzi, and I roasting marshmallows. It really was cool making smores with Logan, Aly, Nikki, Alyssa, Keith, and Mandy!
Aly was double fisting the plain marshmallows. She doesn’t like them cooked, but she ate the plain marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers. Just don’t put them together!
Nikki is still roasting marshmallows, but Lizzi is ready to eat! Lizzi loved making the smores, but her favorite part was eating them!
Nikki was all about making the perfect golden brown marshmallow! She sat and waited for it to become perfect!
Nikki is ready to try her smores! Nikki’s favorite part was making the smores yummy! She wanted to save some for Daddy!
We had a blast making and eating smores! They were so yummy!!!
